No, I haven't posted in a few days and you've all been utterly lost and without direction in my absence. In my defense, I had a birthday and I've been one busy son of a witch. The aforementioned birthday brought me so many albums I may have to rent a second plot for storage. Care for a list? No? Too bad.

Do you care in the least? Probably not, but I couldn't be happier. All the Halloween spookiness will return soon.
I'd like to thank CD's and More in Longview, Texas and the Flea Market. Thank you so much for your hidden treasures. I love listening to my new to me, Johnny Cash album. And thank YOU Dr. Casket for getting it for me. You're the BEST!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!!!!
ReplyDeleteJackson Browne always sounds better on vinyl!
Any chance we get to hear the Bauhaus? How's it different?
Thanks for sharing.
Spooky Mizu
Thanks so much for the Birthday wishes!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to hear the unbearably lush Disintegration on vinyl, and it does not disappoint.
As for Mr. Browne, I think vinyl was created for brilliant singer/songwriters.
I don't have the means to transfer any of my albums to my computer yet because I always spend the necessary money on more albums. The remix involves quite a bit of 'spooky' sound effects in the intro and a bit of fiddling here and there with the over all song. It's by no means superior to the original, but with the silk screened sleeve, the engraved B-side, and the obvious love for the gothfathers, it's a killer collectible.
